Yoga Class Timetable

Review for a high energy practice or a restorative relaxation. First time yoga practitioners, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete intake. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is suitable for beginners who are relatively fit with no previous yoga experience, yoga Nidra is suitable for all comfortable lying on a yoga mat.

Yoga Classes

  • Casual students, contact us in advance to check availability before arrival.
  • No yoga classes on public holidays or public holiday weekends.
  • Yoga mats are available to hire for a fee of NZ$2.00 per class.

  • Yoga class timetable subject to change without notice.

Class Fees

  • NZ$18.00 per casual class or NZ$130.00 for a 10-class concession card with a 12 week expiry.
  • There is no casual rate for students, senior citizens or community card holders.
  • Concession card holder pre bookings are first in first served.
  • 10-Class concession card holders, ensure you can attend all classes at time of booking as 24 hours notice is required on cancellations to avoid forfeiting your booked class.
  • Concession cards are not honoured after their expiry date and are non refundable.
  • Concession cards are transferable to other friends and family within their 12 week validity period.
  • Yoga class fees subject to change without notice.
